AmpSociety is on an exciting growth journey where we electrify society with transformative, well-designed, and future-proof charging solutions. We are now strengthening our commercial team to build an international network of partners and resellers consisting of charging operators, installation companies, energy companies, and other strategic players. At the same time, we are establishing a referral network with electrical consultants, designers, and architects.

Therefore, we are now looking for a sales and relationship-oriented Partner Sales Manager, preferably with industry experience, who wants to help accelerate our expansion in Sweden and internationally. This is the role for you if you are passionate about sales, networking, and win-win collaborations, and want to work in a fast-paced company with high ambitions and plenty of room to influence.

About the role

As Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing, developing, and scaling AmpSociety's partner network in Sweden and the Nordic region, with the possibility of eventually operating internationally. The role is clearly B2B-focused and involves close collaboration with charging operators, energy companies, installation companies, parking companies, and other key players in the value chain.

Your mission is to create activity and business value in each partnership: educate partner organizations, support their sales teams, develop relevant sales and presentation materials, and ensure that AmpSociety is the obvious choice when they talk about charging with their customers.

The role has a clear business responsibility where partnerships should be converted into concrete pipelines, deals, and growth. You will identify new partners, develop referral collaborations, and drive the business from relationship to results. You will work closely with sales, product, technology, and marketing to maximize the business potential in each collaboration.

In short: you build partnerships that drive growth, create strong market presence, and accelerate AmpSociety's journey to becoming a leading player in Europe.

Your main responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and scale AmpSociety's partner network through long-term, business-driven collaborations
  • Actively engage, visit, and further develop new and existing partners
  • Lead and conduct negotiations
  • Support partners' sales teams with training, sales materials, and joint activity plans
  • Engage with prescriptive leads such as consultants and designers to ensure that Amp5 is specified in tenders and projects
  • Develop and enhance presentation and sales support materials
  • Be the link between marketing and product by providing market requirements and customer feedback to product and technology teams
  • Represent AmpSociety at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, nationally and internationally
  • Ensure that AmpSociety is top-of-mind for all partners through structure, follow-up, and continuous relationship work

Who are you?

You are goal-oriented, business-driven, and have a strong ability to build long-term relationships. You have experience in B2B sales, technical solution sales, or partner management. Experience in eMobility, the energy sector, or charging infrastructure is a plus but not a requirement.

You communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written. Additional Nordic or European languages are a plus.

You will succeed in the role if you are:

  • Relationship-building and comfortable in dialogues at both strategic and operational levels
  • Structured, goal-oriented, and used to driving activities that lead to results
  • Business-oriented with a good understanding of how partnerships translate into pipeline and sales
  • Experienced in educating, engaging, and inspiring various types of organizations
  • Comfortable working closely with product and technology teams in a fast-growing environment
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and motivated to build new
  • A team player who believes that strong results are created together

Location

Gothenburg or Stockholm, with regular travel within Sweden and the Nordic region and the possibility of international travel in the long term.
